Dietician - Active Duty Army Officer
“As a Dietitian, you’re responsible for having individual meetings with Soldiers to work on their food fitness goals, but also working with the Army on meal plans and dining options.”
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary-based pay ($41-$55.6K est base pay), 30 days paid time off annually, annual pay increases, service time pay increases, rank pay increases, housing stipend, food stipend, Full Medical and Dental Insurance benefits for yourself, spouse, and children.
-Eligible Dieticians applying have the option of choosing an Accession Bonus or participating in the Active Duty Loan Repayment Program.
-Board Eligible Dieticians may be eligible for credential pay
-Possess Credentials of “Registered Dietician (RD)/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)” Per the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
-Be complete or within 6 months of completion of your dietetic internship.
-Willing to relocate
-Able to obtain a security clearance via application submission
-Younger than 40yrs
-Able to meet Army height and weight standards
-Able to meet Army physical fitness standards
