Welcome to the online registration for the Michigan Academy Annual Spring Conference. Please read this section carefully before proceeding to registration below.

Registrations that are received after Tuesday, April 11, 2017 will incur a $50 late fee. Written cancellations postmarked by April 18 will be refunded less a $55 processing fee. No refunds after April 18, 2017.

Optional Tickets Available Below:
- We ask that you consider an optional donation of $5 to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation in your registration. The mission of the Foundation is to advance public health and nutrition by providing awards, scholarships and grants to dietetic students and professionals. Read more about what they do here: Academy Foundation. If you choose to donate, please add the Academy Foundation Donation ticket below to your order, in addition to your conference registration ticket.
- You can also register here for the Tale of Beer City USA 5K Walk and Run. You can read more about this event on page 8 of the brochure. The Walk and Run group tours take place on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7:00 pm, rain or shine, and the nonrefundable fee is $16. If you chose to register for this optional event, please add the Tale of Beer City USA 5K Walk & Run ticket below to your order, in addition to your conference registration ticket.
Not an Academy member? You can save up to $125 on membership for the remainder of this year and all of the 2017-2018 membership year by joining now. You will also enjoy a significant savings on the price of this conference as a member. Finally, payments are processed on the PayPal website, however, you can pay for online registration with EITHER a PayPal account OR any major credit card on their website. After you complete your registration details, click on the PayPal logo under “Method of Payment” and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment with a credit card or your PayPal account. Please be ready with your choice of payment once you begin the registration process, as your information can not be saved; you will need to complete the payment in order for your registration to be processed.
